About Me

I am here to guide my clients through life’s most complex and challenging matters. I genuinely care about my patients’ well-being.
Often, my work involves developing rapport and building a solid foundation of trust. I often help my clients identify themes and patterns that cause distressing emotions throughout their lives together, and we carefully explore ways to mitigate or cope. Together we work to integrate the past and present into a positive narrative that aligns with client values.
I provide a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) Approach to help you recognize and tend to negative thoughts and behaviors impacting your daily life. I cater to all Adults, Teens, & Children in a compassionate, non-judgmental way that fosters trust. I have worked in several different kinds of mental health facilities. Teach classes, speak to private and corporate-sector groups, and have experience across many other areas.
My wife and I have been married 38 years, and we have 4 children, 3 grandchildren, and 1 fur-grandbaby.  In my off time I volunteer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, run Ultra races, delve into Star Wars, Marvel and all things Disney.
