“I found that with depression, one of the most important things you can realize is that you’re not alone. You’re not the first to go through it, you’re not gonna be the last to go through it,”

Your Mental Health Therapist - Here to Guide You
Are you or a family member struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, or significant life changes? There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges.
I’m a licensed Mental Health Therapist, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery, either in person or virtually.
Since opening the doors of my practice almost 30 years ago, I have provided patients with a wide range of psychological services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting. Still, I will work to help you clarify the nature of your issues, identify how those concerns came to be, and co-create an approach and direction for therapy that can lead to healing. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.
I am a proponent of using compassion, humor, and a non-judgmental stance. I strive to explore the strengths and uniqueness of each person and believe everyone possesses inner wisdom. I especially desire for my clients to feel safe, heard, and understood.
A Bit About Therapy
According to the American Psychological Association, “Mental Health Therapists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide patients with practical tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.
